Job Summary
The Quality Inspector plays a crucial role in ensuring that products meet established quality standards. This position involves systematic inspection processes to identify any defects or deviations from specifications, thereby aiding in the facilitation of quality control measures within the production environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections of materials and products to assess quality and adherence to specifications.
- Document inspection results and communicate findings to relevant teams for corrective actions.
- Assist in developing and implementing quality control policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and enhance processes.
- Utilize measurement tools and equipment to perform precise quality assessments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in quality assurance is a plus.
- Experience in quality control or inspection in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with quality control and assurance methodologies.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain thorough documentation.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
