Job Summary
The Quality Manager plays a crucial role in establishing and overseeing the Quality Management System aimed at guaranteeing the production of safe and high-quality aluminum trailers. This position involves monitoring inspections, implementing corrective measures, and pursuing continuous improvement initiatives. The Quality Manager collaborates with various teams to foster operational excellence across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the Quality Management System.
- Oversee and conduct inspections to ensure product quality.
- Implement corrective actions as necessary to address quality issues.
- Pursue continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote operational excellence.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering or business, or equivalent leadership experience (minimum 5 years) in a related area.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant quality management experience, specifically in manufacturing or construction.
- Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing principles and practices.
