Job description
The Quality Manager is tasked with maintaining the Quality Management System and leading the quality support team within the manufacturing facility. This role involves orchestrating corrective actions, performing audits, and overseeing the recruitment and training of personnel in the quality department. Ideal candidates should have a background in a manufacturing setting, ideally in the automotive sector, along with expertise in AIAG core tools. Essential skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office, the ability to read blueprints, and competence in using precision measuring instruments.
