Job Summary
This position involves the operation of X-ray and fluoroscopic machines to generate routine radiographs for a varied patient demographic. The role includes performing specialized radiographic examinations such as intravenous, subdural, and arterial procedures independently.
Responsibilities
- Operate X-ray and fluoroscopic equipment to create standard radiographs.
- Conduct specialized radiographic studies with minimal supervision.
- Ensure high-quality image production while adhering to safety protocols.
- Interact effectively with patients and staff to facilitate radiographic procedures.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
- Current registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
- Certification in CPR is mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal skills to enhance communication with patients and team members.
