**Job Title: Security Organization Training Records Manager**
Oversee and ensure the quality of training records, databases, and performance metrics for the Security Organization, maintaining compliance standards. Collaborate with various stakeholders to assess training data, pinpoint trends, and facilitate informed decisions for course enhancements. Candidates should have experience in managing training records or databases within a regulated setting and must be eligible to secure a U.S. DOE Q-level security clearance. Strong expertise in data management software, coupled with excellent analytical, organizational, and communication capabilities, is crucial.
