Job Summary
The Recruiter is tasked with overseeing all recruiting functions within the facility. This includes responsibilities related to advertising job openings, participating in job fairs, and performing interviews with potential candidates. The Recruiter is also responsible for crafting and implementing a strategic recruitment plan to ensure that partner operations maintain adequate staffing levels.
Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process, including job advertising and candidate sourcing.
- Participate in job fairs to promote open positions and attract potential applicants.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates for various roles within the facility.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to ensure staffing needs are met.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting or a related field.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical skills to assess and determine candidate fit.
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
