**Job Title: Full-Cycle Recruitment Lead**
Spearhead comprehensive hourly recruitment efforts across various locations in New York, collaborating with operational leadership to create successful hiring approaches. Develop and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing while utilizing recruiting metrics to deliver business insights and assist in workforce planning. Applicants should possess extensive experience in full lifecycle recruiting, ideally within industrial or construction sectors, alongside expertise in applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Excel. The role requires the individual to work onsite in Nedrow, NY, with occasional travel to different field sites as necessary.
