Job Summary
The recruiter will oversee the complete recruiting process for a variety of positions. This includes identifying potential candidates, evaluating their qualifications, and presenting a shortlist to leadership. The role entails nurturing candidate pipelines, monitoring recruiting metrics, and actively enhancing the overall hiring strategy.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for diverse roles.
- Sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates to leadership.
- Maintain and nurture candidate pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics for continuous improvement.
- Improve and streamline the hiring process regularly.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing and headhunting suitable candidates.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions effectively.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is mandatory.
- Preference for candidates with experience in the tax industry or professional services.
