Job Summary
Cascade Living Group is on the lookout for a seasoned Senior HR Generalist to provide essential support in employee relations, human resources operations, and community leadership. This part-time remote role is open to candidates located in California, Oregon, or Washington and aims to strengthen HR practices and enhance employee engagement.
Responsibilities
- Support various HR functions including employee relations and community leadership.
- Work collaboratively with team members to streamline HR operations.
- Provide guidance and support regarding HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and employee satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Must be located in Oregon, Washington, or California.
- Requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources.
- Strong understanding of HR practices and employee relations is essential.
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative approach are necessary.
- Hourly compensation range is $45.00 to $48.00.
