The recruiter will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment lifecycle, which encompasses sourcing, evaluating, and interviewing candidates for various professional positions. Additionally, they will collaborate with management to ascertain hiring requirements and ensure that candidate information is accurately maintained in HR databases. Applicants should have a minimum of 7 years of comprehensive recruiting experience in a professional setting along with a bachelor’s degree. Expertise in Microsoft Office and knowledge of HRIS or ATS systems is essential.
