Job description
The manager will oversee the complete employee lifecycle, encompassing recruitment, onboarding, and the development of site teams in designated areas. They will need to implement strategies for employee retention and mentor site leaders to guarantee sufficient staffing and operational effectiveness. Applicants should possess a minimum of three years’ experience in recruiting, HR, or multi-unit operations, ideally within a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with ATS and HRIS systems is essential, as well as holding a valid driver’s license and the capacity to travel between locations.
