The Senior Recruiter is responsible for crafting and executing recruitment strategies aimed at drawing in top-tier management talent, while fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders. This role involves leading staffing initiatives, addressing intricate recruitment challenges, and ensuring adherence to employment regulations and collective bargaining agreements. To qualify, candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a similar discipline, along with a minimum of five years of progressive recruiting experience, which includes at least two years focused on management-level positions. Essential skills for this role include proficiency in HRIS software, superior communication abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of fair employment practices.
