This position is responsible for providing strategic management and operational guidance for the compliance program of the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC), encompassing facility evaluations and post-approval monitoring processes. The analyst is expected to be a subject matter expert, tasked with the formulation of institutional policies and the administration of intricate regulatory compliance projects. Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree along with 5 years of research experience, or alternatively, a Master’s degree accompanied by 3 years of relevant experience. A robust understanding of federal research regulations and familiarity with IACUC or IRB committees is strongly preferred.
