Job Summary
Leidos Engineering is looking for a skilled and licensed Senior Civil/Structural Engineer to join their team. This role requires at least 5 years of relevant professional experience, along with the capacity to obtain or hold a license in California, Washington, or Oregon.
Responsibilities
- Utilize engineering expertise to support the design and construction of substation projects.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project objectives are met.
- Oversee and guide junior engineers on project specifications and execution.
- Perform site assessments and contribute to engineering analysis and designs.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid engineering license, preferably in California, Washington, or Oregon.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in civil and structural engineering within the electrical utility sector.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information and collaborate with team members.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
