Qualifications
- Proven experience in the janitorial industry.
- Strong background in P&L management and labor budgeting.
- Familiarity with HR standards and practices.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Exceptional leadership abilities.
- Willingness and capability to travel across multiple sites.
