Job Summary
The Registered Nurse plays a vital role in delivering thorough patient evaluations, creating individualized care strategies, and collaborating with a diverse healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to determine their health needs.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to patients’ specific conditions.
- Coordinate patient care with members of a multidisciplinary team.
- Provide patient education to enhance understanding and management of health conditions.
- Delegate nursing responsibilities effectively to ensure efficient workflow.
- Maintain accurate documentation of clinical activities and patient care.
Qualifications
- Must have graduated from a recognized nursing program.
- Hold a valid Registered Nurse licensure in both Minnesota and Wisconsin.
- Possess a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross.
