**Job Title: Registered Nurse**
The Registered Nurse will conduct home health visits to deliver individualized patient care, encompassing medication administration, wound management, and clinical evaluations. Responsibilities include adhering to established care plans, documenting findings, and collaborating with the clinical management team. Applicants must possess a valid Pennsylvania Registered Nurse license and have a minimum of one year of recent clinical experience. Proficiency in computer skills is essential, along with the capability to travel to designated cases.
