**Clinical Staff Nurse**
The Clinical Staff Nurse plays a crucial role in the execution and coordination of patient care by utilizing the nursing process, working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Key responsibilities include the accurate documentation of patient records, overseeing unit equipment, and adhering to facility policies as well as HIPAA regulations. Ideal candidates should possess a valid RN license from Florida and an Associate’s degree in Nursing, although a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is preferred. Applicants should have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience and must hold a current BLS certification.
