Job Summary
The Rehabilitation Technician plays a vital role in supporting the rehabilitation team by assisting patients in their recovery journey. This position is focused on helping individuals regain their functional abilities and enhance their quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Assist therapists in implementing rehabilitation programs.
- Guide patients through exercises and activities as directed.
- Monitor and document patient progress during sessions.
- Ensure that rehabilitation equipment is well-maintained and ready for use.
- Provide emotional support and encouragement to patients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in rehabilitation or related field preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Previous experience in healthcare or rehabilitation settings is an advantage.
