Job Summary
The Relationship Banker plays a crucial role in building, managing, and sustaining client relationships by delivering exceptional service and customized financial solutions. This position emphasizes educating clients on digital banking tools and working closely with internal specialists to address unique financial requirements.
Responsibilities
- Acquire, nurture, and retain client relationships through dedicated service.

- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and licensing requirements.
Qualifications
- A minimum of one year of experience in sales, preferably within retail banking or financial services.
- A high school diploma or an equivalent qualification is required.
- Must obtain necessary FINRA and insurance licenses within 180 days of employment.
- Ability to maintain compliance with NMLS and Dodd-Frank regulations.
