Job Summary
The Revenue Cycle Director is responsible for the oversight of patient access, billing operations, and revenue collection protocols, ensuring adherence to all relevant regulatory standards. This role emphasizes the management of billing and coding teams, the optimization of clinic revenue streams, and collaboration with technical departments to uphold efficient patient accounting systems.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, finance, or accounting.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in revenue cycle management or healthcare finance.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Proven leadership capabilities to guide a team effectively.
- Proficiency in claims processing and managed care practices.
