Job Summary
The Relationship Manager plays a crucial role in developing and enhancing profitable lending relationships while ensuring high standards of credit quality and data accuracy. This position involves engaging in the loan application process and acting as the main liaison for clients during the entire lending experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage and expand profitable lending relationships.
- Ensure credit quality and maintain data integrity.
- Participate actively in the loan application process.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients throughout the lending lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of experience in business development, underwriting, and portfolio management.
- A high school diploma is required; a college degree is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical skills are essential.
