Job description
As the lead for reliability and qualification testing of insectoid hardware, you will be tasked with developing test strategies, defining testing environments, and conducting failure analysis. Your responsibilities will include interpreting operational loads to create test specifications and directing corrective actions stemming from root cause analysis to ensure verified resolution. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline, along with hands-on experience in instrumented testing systems and physical hardware. A solid proficiency in Python or MATLAB, as well as a deep comprehension of failure mechanisms and test design, is essential.
