The specialist will act as the main liaison for current policyholders, handling policy modifications, billing questions, and assessments of coverage. This role is crucial for fostering robust client relationships and actively seeking ways to enhance customer retention. Applicants must have a valid Property & Casualty Insurance License and a minimum of 6 months of experience in an insurance agency or customer service environment. Experience working remotely is necessary to be eligible for the remote work schedule.
