In this role, you will assist customers and agents with inquiries related to property and casualty policies as well as billing matters. Your duties will encompass addressing service-related concerns, recording customer requirements, and executing policy modifications. Applicants are required to hold a valid Property and Casualty or Personal Lines insurance license. Additionally, a confirmed high school diploma or GED is necessary for this position.
