Job description
**Renovation Manager**
The Renovation Manager is responsible for overseeing hotel renovation and conversion initiatives from initial evaluation through to final completion. This role ensures adherence to brand standards, safety regulations, and ADA compliance. The manager handles all on-site construction tasks, collaborates with property owners and contractors, and tracks project progress to achieve timely openings. Applicants should have substantial experience in managing large-scale construction or renovation projects, along with a thorough knowledge of building regulations and ADA standards. Candidates must be skilled in interpreting blueprints and technical specifications, and should be willing to travel up to 75% of the time.
