Job Summary
The Resident Care Aide plays a crucial role in providing support to residents by assisting them with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, and mobility. This position also involves observing resident conditions, maintaining care documentation in compliance with state regulations, and aiding in meal service and emergency situations.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing and grooming.
- Provide mobility support to residents.
- Monitor and document resident conditions as per state guidelines.
- Assist with meal service for the residents.
- Respond to emergencies as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Prior experience with senior care is preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities.
