**Job Title: Resident Financial Counselor**
The Resident Financial Counselor assists residents and their families in managing financial responsibilities and navigating the Medical Assistance application procedures. This role includes performing financial assessments, keeping precise records, and working alongside facility personnel to promote the financial well-being of residents. Applicants should have a minimum of an associate degree or comparable experience, alongside at least two years of experience in a customer service role. Competence in office software and excellent communication abilities are essential, with a preference for candidates who have experience in the healthcare sector.
