Job description
The Resident Specialist engages directly with both potential and current residents to enhance occupancy rates and deliver excellent customer service. This position is tasked with building positive relationships and coordinating events within the community for residents. Applicants should have a strong grasp of Fair Housing laws and must have dependable transportation. The job also requires the physical capability to move around the properties, conduct tours, and effectively utilize a computer.
