**Job Title: Resident Wellness Assistant**
The Resident Wellness Assistant offers empathetic, practical support for residents in their daily activities, such as personal hygiene, mobility, and overall care. This role involves working closely with the care team to implement tailored care plans for each resident while ensuring a secure and tidy environment. Applicants should possess a High School Diploma or GED, and certifications in Home Health Care, CNA, or CPR are preferred. Essential qualifications include excellent communication abilities, comfort with technology, and strength to perform physical caregiving tasks.
