The Clinical Pharmacist plays a crucial role in enhancing medication therapy by pinpointing and addressing drug-related issues to elevate patient care outcomes. This position involves overseeing pharmacy service operations, managing support staff, and ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines and medication management programs. Applicants are required to possess a Doctor of Pharmacy degree along with an active pharmacist license for the state. Ideally, candidates should have 2-3 years of relevant experience in the pharmacy field and a robust understanding of pharmacy practice environments and compliance standards.
