Job description
**Job Title: Residential Program Case Manager**
The Residential Program Case Manager is responsible for managing and supervising case management responsibilities, which involve creating treatment plans and ensuring adherence to state and agency standards. This role requires ongoing communication with the treatment team, families, and referral sources to facilitate residents’ progress and address their daily requirements. A bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related discipline is desirable, along with experience assisting high-risk youth and families in distress. Applicants should demonstrate outstanding communication abilities, be a minimum of 21 years old, and possess a valid Minnesota Driver’s License.
