The Residential Counselor will oversee and interact with young individuals in their day-to-day activities while aiding in their personal growth through effective teamwork. Applicants are required to hold a high school diploma or equivalent and have a valid driver’s license. This position necessitates flexibility for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, along with a commitment to complete required training and certification programs.
