The Residential Roofing Sales Representative plays a crucial role in lead generation, performing thorough roof inspections, and delivering precise estimates to homeowners. This position involves navigating customers through each step of the sales process, from the first consultation to the successful conclusion of projects, all while fostering solid relationships and achieving sales targets. Ideal candidates will demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a preference given to those who have prior experience in sales, customer service, or the construction industry. Additionally, the role necessitates physical capability to access roofs, possession of a valid driver’s license, and familiarity with basic computer applications and CRM software.
