**Homeowners Insurance Specialist**
The role of the Homeowners Insurance Specialist involves selling and managing homeowners insurance policies, including overseeing renewals and endorsements. This position also requires the creation of referral networks and providing consultations to clients to help them comprehend their coverage choices and ensure adequate protection. Candidates are expected to possess a Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license and should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance field. Additionally, a high school diploma or GED is necessary, along with excellent relationship-building and communication abilities.
