Develop and execute legal strategies to resolve title and ownership issues for residential real estate acquisitions. Represent the client in litigation matters including quiet title actions, partitions, evictions, and foreclosure-related proceedings. Must be an active member in good standing with the South Carolina Bar with at least three years of relevant legal experience. Strong litigation experience in real estate, specifically regarding title defects and ownership disputes, is required.
