Job Summary
The General Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the café, ensuring operational excellence and financial outcomes while maintaining exceptional food safety and customer service standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the café.
- Manage financial performance to achieve profitability goals.
- Ensure high standards of food safety and customer experience.
- Recruit, train, and develop a team of 12-25 associates.
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in restaurant management.
- Proficient in financial and operational decision-making.
- ServSafe Manager certification to be obtained within 30 days of employment.
- A degree in business or hospitality is preferred.
