**Restaurant Manager**
The Restaurant Manager oversees the daily functioning of the restaurant and bar, focusing on staff relations and meeting financial and service targets. This role encompasses all areas of food and beverage management to guarantee superior customer experiences, optimal staff performance, and overall profitability. Candidates should possess five to ten years of experience within the restaurant sector, with a minimum of five years in a leadership position. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is favored, along with strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution abilities.
