Job description
The Assistant Director is responsible for managing the daily operations of the center, focusing on compliance, staffing, and financial outcomes. This role also involves fostering relationships with families, overseeing the enrollment process, and guaranteeing the delivery of a superior, faith-centered curriculum. Applicants should possess a high school diploma and a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, with a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education being highly desirable. A minimum of two years of leadership experience in the field of early childhood education is essential.
