**Restoration Project Manager**
The Restoration Project Manager is responsible for supervising every facet of restoration initiatives, guiding teams, and ensuring high standards of operation. This role involves generating precise estimates, overseeing production costs, and maintaining effective communication with clients and insurance agents. Applicants should possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience and at least 1 year in a management role, along with a high school diploma or GED. A valid driver’s license is a must, and candidates should be capable of performing physical activities, including lifting weights of up to 100 pounds.
