Job description
**Job Title: HR Generalist**
The HR Generalist acts as a key HR resource for both employees and managers throughout the Americas, overseeing employee relations, policy implementation, and regional HR initiatives. This role collaborates with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence to facilitate organizational transformations, ensure compliance, and enhance site engagement strategies in Denver and Austin. Applicants should possess a minimum of 5 years of advancing HR experience with a focus on hands-on generalist functions, alongside familiarity with HRIS technologies. A solid understanding of U.S. labor laws and excellent interpersonal skills are essential, while experience in Canada or Brazil is viewed as an added advantage.
