**e-Commerce Sales Associate**
The e-Commerce Sales Associate assists customers as they navigate the vehicle purchasing journey by handling online inquiries and phone leads, while also enhancing the in-store experience. This role involves negotiating contractual terms, finalizing sales, and promoting customer satisfaction through diligent follow-ups and smooth transitions to the service department. Applicants should hold a high school diploma or equivalent qualification and possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving history.
