**Restorative Aide**
The Restorative Aide plays a crucial role in helping residents attain their highest level of physical, mental, and emotional well-being through the execution of guided exercise and wellness initiatives. This position involves collaborating with therapy departments, tracking residents’ progress, and overseeing billing for restorative services. Applicants should be familiar with appropriate body mechanics, safety protocols for fall prevention, and the influence of medications on residents’ participation in restorative activities. The ideal candidate will be skilled in inspiring residents and communicating efficiently with therapy teams and family members.
