Job description
The 3rd Key Supervisor plays a vital role in enhancing sales by delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring that store standards are consistently upheld. This position involves supporting day-to-day store functions, managing inventory, and safeguarding company assets. Applicants should possess a High School Diploma or GED along with prior experience in retail, customer service, and inventory management. The successful candidate must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends, and should be physically able to lift items weighing up to 35 pounds.
