**Backroom Coordinator**
The Backroom Coordinator is tasked with managing the effective handling of merchandise, upholding the organization of the backroom, and guaranteeing that replenishment standards on the sales floor are met. Additionally, this role involves training team members, exemplifying outstanding customer service, and aiding in the achievement of store operational objectives such as minimizing shrinkage and ensuring safety protocols are followed. Applicants should possess a minimum of one year in a retail environment and six months of leadership experience. This position demands excellent communication abilities, a willingness to work a flexible schedule—including nights and weekends—and the physical strength to lift heavy items.
