Job description
The Co-Store Manager is responsible for leading both the sales floor and the receiving section, overseeing merchandising strategies, staff development, and financial management. This position requires the implementation of operational benchmarks, talent acquisition strategies, and a commitment to outstanding customer service. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or its equivalent, along with a minimum of two years of experience in retail management. Flexibility in scheduling for evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential, and candidates must be capable of performing physical tasks, including lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds.
