**Selling Flex Associate**
The Selling Flex Associate plays a key role in providing outstanding customer service, enhancing sales through product suggestions, and fostering customer loyalty. This position also involves ensuring the store meets presentation standards, handling transactions, and assisting with store operations such as inventory management and fulfillment tasks. Candidates should possess a strong commitment to customer service, excellent communication skills, and be proficient with technology, including smartphones and tablets. The role demands physical mobility, including the capability to lift at least 40 lbs, and requires flexibility to work a schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
