Key responsibilities include upholding brand standards, managing product inventory, and cultivating client loyalty through tailored service. Applicants should possess 3 to 5 years of experience in retail, beauty, or in a leadership role, along with the flexibility to work on weekends and holidays. Excellent communication skills are essential, as well as the physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift items as required.
