**Retail Team Lead**
The Retail Team Lead is responsible for enhancing sales and ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering comprehensive solutions that encompass products, technology, and print services. This role includes operational responsibilities such as opening and closing the store, handling freight management, and adhering to loss prevention protocols. Applicants should possess 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in sales or customer service, as well as fundamental computer skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
