**Retail Team Lead**

This role includes operational responsibilities such as opening and closing the store, handling freight management, and adhering to loss prevention protocols. Applicants should possess 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in sales or customer service, as well as fundamental computer skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
