**Retail Sales Associate**
The Retail Sales Associate plays a vital role in providing tailored shopping experiences by interacting with customers, suggesting products, and achieving personal sales targets. Responsibilities also include keeping the store tidy, managing merchandise displays, updating pricing, and ensuring that both the sales area and fitting rooms are neat and welcoming. Applicants should possess flexible scheduling availability, including weekends and holidays, and must be able to communicate proficiently in English. This position requires physical endurance for standing, the ability to lift items weighing up to 25 lbs, and performing tasks such as climbing ladders and operating electronic point-of-sale systems.
