**Retail Shift Leader**
The Retail Shift Leader plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service, managing pawn loans, and driving sales in the store. This position includes overseeing and training team members while making certain that all operational procedures and policies are adhered to. Ideal candidates should hold a high school diploma or GED and have a minimum of one year of experience in a supervisory or key holder capacity. Additionally, applicants must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screening and have a valid driver’s license.
