Job description
The Retail Shift Supervisor oversees the staff, providing guidance, training, and direction to maintain seamless store operations and deliver exceptional customer service. This position includes responsibilities such as payroll management, addressing employee performance issues, and safeguarding company assets. Candidates should have a minimum of one year of experience in retail management or a related role within Goodwill. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with solid interpersonal, leadership, and technical abilities.
